the staff were friendly and helpful, and even organised a tour for us to explore the scenic surroundings. Our comfortable room was equipped with a heater, perfect for chilly weather.

Friendly staff, helpful despite language barrier. Organized great tour to Divine Tree Garden. Super location in forest. Heater in room useful in rainy weather. Love the cool weather, no need for air conditioning. Lady staff member at check-in was friendly and accommodating. Great weather, complimentary music performance, set dinner included.

Great tour experience of local area and stunning forest location. Complimentary heater in the room was a lifesaver on cold nights.
Limited English spoken by staff and lack of English dinner menu caused communication issues. Guest room soundproofing was poor, causing disruptions from neighboring rooms.

The hotel offered a complimentary tour to a nearby garden that was informative and entertaining. The location, surrounded by nature, was perfect for a relaxing stay away from the busy city. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me.
The hotel's soundproofing was not good, and I could hear other guests late into the night. The bathroom facilities could have been cleaner, and the shower curtain was slightly dirty. But overall, I had a positive experience during my business trip and enjoyed the unique and refreshing location of the hotel.

We had the best stay here! The lady staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier. Clean hotel facilities, great location in a forest with perfect cool weather. The complimentary music performance and set dinner were lovely.
